- Operational Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures, and best practices to enhance the performance and efficiency of all franchise operations.
- Franchisee Support: Develop positive relationships with franchisees. Work with SE HQ staff to provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to ensure compliance with brand standards, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of franchise units, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to achieve operational excellence.
- Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the CFO to develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
- Strategic Planning: Work with the executive team to develop and execute long-term strategic plans that align with the company's growth and expansion goals. Collaborate with Franchise Advisory Committee to help set short- and long-term initiatives.
- Talent Management: Oversee the training and development of operations staff to build a high-performing team. Participate on the leadership team.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all franchise operations adhere to legal, regulatory, and company standards, and mitigate risks through proactive management.
- Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational processes, franchisee satisfaction, and overall brand performance.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within the franchise industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams across multiple locations.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with franchisees, executive leadership, and employees.
