What You’ll Do
- Manage & Expand Existing Accounts: Nurture and retain our established $600K multi-family and commercial account base while driving account upsells.
- Convert Warm Leads & Prospect: Work active inbound leads across Miami-Dade and Broward, while strategically opening new property management doors.
- Consultative Field Selling: Educate Property Managers, APMs, and Maintenance Supervisors on how surface repair saves 70–80% compared to full asset replacements.
Candidate Qualifications
- Industry Background: 2+ years in Multi-Family Property Management, Leasing, or Commercial Field Sales.
- Bilingual Fluency: Fully fluent in English and Spanish (required to successfully serve property teams and site managers across South Florida).
- Drive & Strategic Thinking: Comfortable setting quarterly territory milestones to push revenue from $600K toward our $850K+ growth target.
- Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record for company vehicle usage.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
