What You’ll Do

This is an in-field sales role focused on building relationships and driving revenue.

  • Visit approximately 12 to 15 customers per day across the Milwaukee area
  • Build relationships with property managers, maintenance teams, and decision-makers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend surface repair solutions
  • Generate and close new business opportunities
  • Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into booked work
  • Track activity, notes, and performance metrics in our system
  • Coordinate with the owner and technician team to ensure a smooth customer experience

No prior industry or formal sales experience is required. We will train the right person.  What matters most is attitude, work ethic, and the ability to execute.

A Typical Day

  • Plan your route and schedule your visits
  • Meet with customers and generate new opportunities
  • Follow up on open quotes and active accounts
  • Log notes and track performance in our system
  • Participate in weekly sales coaching and team meetings
