What You’ll Do
- Visit 5 or more customers per day across the Milwaukee area
- Complete small, high-skill surface repairs, most under one hour
- Deliver top-tier customer service on every job
- Identify additional repair opportunities and confidently recommend solutions
- Work independently while staying aligned with team expectations
- Keep clean, accurate job notes in our system
- Represent our brand professionally with property managers and residents

Experience in construction, painting, manufacturing, or hands-on hobbies is helpful, but attitude and work ethic matter most. Strong color-matching ability is important.

- Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
