What We Offer
- Pay range of $20 - $30 per hour includes base pay + bonuses (listed below)

What You’ll Do
- Perform on-site cosmetic, small surface repairs (chips, scratches, burns, etc.) utilizing our unique 5-step process in commercial and residential properties such as apartments, hotels, and senior living communities.
- Work hands-on with your custom toolkit to fix surfaces and problem-solve repairs creatively and efficiently
- Identify and recommend additional repair opportunities (add-ons)
- Collaborate with the support team with questions
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Manage your daily schedule and job updates through our system
- Maintain tools, materials, and company vehicle
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with your hands - whether in construction, painting, manufacturing, or DIY projects
- Strong color perception and matching ability (color accuracy is key in what we do)
- Reliable, accountable and excited to learn new repair techniques
- Committed to delivering high-quality results
- Must have a valid driver's License (Required)

We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything!. - Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
- Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
