Required Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality finished work
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence working with hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess repair options
- Ability to learn color matching, texture matching, and finishing techniques
- Comfortable working independently and managing a daily schedule
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in tight spaces with precision and control
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Fiberglass repair
- Bathtub or shower installation
- Bathroom remodeling
- Construction or carpentry
- Automotive/boat/RV body repair or paint
- Property maintenance
- Cabinetry or woodworking
- Painting or finishing trades
Duties:
- Perform bathtub, shower, fiberglass, acrylic, porcelain, and gel-coat repairs
- Repair cracks, chips, holes, soft spots, and structural damage in tubs and showers
- Reinforce damaged surfaces to restore strength, integrity, and appearance
- Perform color matching and texture blending to create seamless, professional repairs
- Complete repairs on cabinets, countertops, flooring, appliances, stone, and other hard surfaces
- Evaluate damaged surfaces and determine the best repair approach
- Maintain repair materials, tools, equipment, and company vehicle
- Complete multiple field service appointments each day
- Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and team members
- Deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service on every job
Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

- Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
