Job Description
· Meet with 12-15 customers a day
· Visiting customers in a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels and New Construction Projects
· Maintaining and expanding existing Customer Relationships
· Educating customers on Surface Expert’s capabilities
· Validating level of customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve
· Earning the Trust of Customers
· Embracing sales scripts and role-playing with marketing and sales professionals
· Documenting sales activities in CRM; from lead generation to work order completion and steps in-between
· Reporting on customer visits accurately and timely
Required Qualifications:
· Comfortable in B-to-B sales and customer interfacing roles, including cold calls
· Goal-oriented, energetic and a self-starter
· At least 25 years of age, licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
· Professional, caring. humble and service minded
· Willing to work in a metrics-based, process-driven business development team
