Perks and Benefits:
- Competitive Pay — $60,000–$90,000 OTE (base salary + commission + bonuses). Hitting the top of that range requires strong, consistent performance, but the path is clear and coachable.

- Drive your planned route — typically 12–15 stops across north side Chicago neighborhoods plus Evanston, Skokie, Niles, and Park Ridge
- Walk into apartment communities, maintenance offices, and commercial properties to introduce yourself and build relationships with the people who make repair decisions
- Deliver a proven introduction and ask questions to better understand the needs and motivations of our customers
- Follow up with contacts who weren't available, keep your pipeline moving, and watch early conversations become recurring accounts
- Log every visit, note, and follow-up in our software before your day ends
- Attend a weekly team meeting (breakfast included) to review numbers, share wins, and get coaching
You’ve done some form of outside or field sales before — you know what it feels like to prospect, follow up, and manage a territory. You’re looking for a role with a real product, a clear process, and room to build something.
- Proven self-starter — You’ve managed your own territory or schedule before and have the results to show for it. You don’t need someone to tell you to make more calls.
- Process-driven — You’re comfortable running a scripted message and refining your delivery over time.
- Persistent and resourceful — Getting to the right contact takes patience, creativity, and consistent follow-through.
- Detail-oriented by habit — You log your visits, track your follow-ups, and treat your CRM like a tool that makes you money.
- Coachable — Weekly coaching is part of the role. You welcome specific feedback and can give an example of a time it changed how you work.
- 1–3 years of outside sales, route sales, or field sales experience
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle
- Must be based in or near Chicago — daily travel throughout the north side and nearby suburbs
- Comfortable with CRM or route-tracking software (training provided)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
