Compensation and Time Off
- Compensation: Base salary + commission + bonuses (avg annual earnings range at listed amount)

- Location: the majority of the time doing in-field sales

What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Start your day by planning your route and visiting customers on-site (~15 stops)
- Build relationships, identify needs, and schedule/secure new work
- Keep clear notes and metrics in our system and stay aligned with your Owner/Sales team
- Wrap up with light admin and prep from the office, plus weekly coaching and support
Traits Over Experience
No Sales Experience Required: No prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales background is necessary. We can teach the process; we can’t teach these traits:
- Coachable: Eager to learn, open to feedback, and willing to follow a proven sales playbook.
- Curious: Comfortable asking questions and focused on serving customers by understanding their needs first.
- Detail-Oriented: Stays organized with routing, notes, and follow-ups.
- Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.
- Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
- Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
