Surface Experts is hiring a field-based sales professional to sell surface repair services to apartment communities, hotels, assisted living and senior living facilities, and large residential builders.
This is a field-based B2B sales role working directly with property managers, leasing teams, facilities managers, and maintenance teams.

This role is a strong fit for candidates from property management, leasing, hospitality, real estate, or facilities-related roles who enjoy being in the field and building relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Visit managed properties and job sites throughout the day
- Meet with property managers, leasing teams, maintenance supervisors, and facilities staff
- Walk units and common areas to identify repair opportunities
- Book repair work and coordinate next steps
- Manage your daily route and schedule
- Log activity and notes in our software
- Typical days include 10–15 on-site visits.

Compensation $60,000–$100,000 OTE (base + commission + bonuses)

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
