Typical Day of a Territory Sales Representative
- You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day
- During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager, you will inquire about vacant units, ask to walk units, notate repairs and review with head of maintenance or property manager.
- Working from the office involves reviewing sales routes, preparing calls, and performing minimal administrative tasks

- within a week we'll schedule an in person ride along day/half day
Requirements
- Strong rapport skills and persistence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sales experience is strongly preferred
