Position Overview

We seek a motivated and results-driven B2B Freelance Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on the property management and new construction sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, particularly in business-to-business environments, and will be responsible for reaching out to leads provided by our company. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the industry, and building relationships with potential clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement: Utilize provided leads to initiate contact with businesses in the property management and new construction industries through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies to understand their needs and position our services effectively.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations highlighting the benefits of our products/services tailored to each client's specific needs.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to communicate value propositions to prospects effectively.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system, providing regular updates on progress towards sales goals.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and strategies that resonate with potential clients in the property management and new construction sectors.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within property management or construction industries.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as a freelancer while managing time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking leads and sales activities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.

Compensation

This is a freelance position with compensation based on commission from sales generated. Specific commission structures will be discussed during the interview process.
