What You’ll Do:
• Perform Repairs: Use your skills and creativity to complete repairs for 4+ customers each day
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service and communicate professionally with clients across various industries, including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, and Builders
• Work with Your Hands: Solve unique repair challenges with specialized tools and techniques
• Documentation: Track work progress and follow up with clients through our mobile CRM tool
What We’re Looking For:
• Hands-on Experience: Whether it’s in construction, painting, maintenance, or a personal hobby, we value practical skills
• Customer-Focused: A positive, professional attitude when interacting with customers and team members
• Detail-Oriented: The ability to spot and match colors or handle intricate repairs with precision
• Problem-Solver: Creative thinking to tackle challenges and provide high-quality solutions
• Willingness to Learn: A commitment to mastering a new skill, with ongoing training and mentorship opportunities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, painting, or a similar hands-on field (not required)
• Background in facilities maintenance or a related trade (a plus)
• Ability to match and recreate colors (artistic background helpful, but not required)
• Desire to build a long-term career with a growing company

Compensation: $47,500 - $58,500 per year, including base salary and performance-based bonuses

We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything!. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide incredibly fast service, while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in our support center and on jobsites. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.
- Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
- Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
