Job Overview: We seek a skilled and motivated Bathtub Reglazing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for restoring and refinishing bathtubs, ensuring high-quality results that meet customer satisfaction. This role requires an individual who can work independently, manage their schedule, and has reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform bathtub reglazing services, including cleaning, repairing, and applying new finishes to bathtubs.
Assess the condition of bathtubs before reglazing and determine necessary repairs or preparation steps.
Use provided specialized tools and materials to complete reglazing processes effectively and efficiently.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times.
Communicate with clients regarding project timelines, expectations, and any additional services needed.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques related to bathtub refinishing.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in bathtub reglazing or similar refinishing work is preferred.
Knowledge of bathtub materials (e.g., porcelain, fiberglass) and appropriate reglazing techniques.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients professionally.
Must have reliable transportation for commuting to job sites.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) during reglazing.
Comfortable working in various environments, including residential homes and commercial properties.

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
