As a Surface Experts Office Assistant, your job is to drive the operational functions of the business to enable our team to perform at its best every day. The successful office assistant is an energetic professional who can wear multiple hats, while handling a wide range of administrative duties.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Driving operational efficiency

· Optimization of our service schedule

· Handles customer service inquiries and communication

· Generates and tracks invoices, payments and accounts receivable.

· Electronic filing and organizing of records, and documents.

· Managing and reporting on company data

Required Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree

· Experience as an office assistant or similar field.

· Friendly, service-oriented personality

· Superb written and communication skills

· Keen attention to detail

· Valid driver’s license

Preferred Skills:

· General working knowledge of property, moving, hospitality and/or construction industry.

· Experience using CRM tool and process.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

· Aptitude for learning new software and systems.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
