As a Surface Experts Sales Representative, you will be trained to follow a proven process for finding and building customer relationships in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are innovative and unique, so your job will be to educate and build trust with our customers. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.
  • On-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups.
  • In various industries, including Property Management, Multi-family, Hotels, Movers, Builders... etc.
  • Educating on Surface Expert's capabilities and limitations.
  • Enjoys working with people, earning trust, & building relationships.
  • Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practice.
  • Documenting sales activities in CRM, from lead to work order and all steps in between.
  • Gap Selling - Identify the source of the customer’s problem, evaluate the cost of that problem, and work together to find a solution to fill the gap.
  • Reporting accurately and daily.
  • Curious to learn and understand the problems our customers face.
  • Continuous Improvement in finding new ways to create value for our customers.
Required Qualifications:
  • Positive attitude and thick-skinned.
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic.
  • Licensed to drive along with reliable transportation to get to the various sales stops.
  • Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales process.
  • 2+years' experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong presentation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
Preferred Skills:
  • General working knowledge of property management or facilities maintenance.
  • Experience working while being on the go. 
  • Experience working in base + commission environment.
  • Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
