Operations Manager

As a Surface Experts Operations Supervisor, your job is to build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance while supporting and leading a team of technicians. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build trust with our customers. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.
- On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups
- In a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders... etc.
- Leading a group of technicians by example while managing their inventory, training, and work schedule.
- Working a schedule of repairs daily.
- Supporting our technicians in troubleshooting their work.
- Documenting activities in CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in between
- Reporting accurately and weekly
- Brainstorming to find new leads and opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
- Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
- Professional, caring and service-minded
- Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven team
Preferred Skills:
- General working knowledge of property and/or construction industry
- Experience in a trade, and a strong ability to learn new skills
- Experience leading a crew of technicians by example
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

- Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
