As a Surface Experts Account Manager, your job is to build and maintain relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build trust with our customers. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.

On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups in a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders... etc.
Walk properties, identify needs and book repairs

Support Sales Representatives

Educating current Customers on Surface Experts capabilities and scope of work
Validating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve
Maintaining and expanding the trust of our Customers
Communicating changes, needs and concerns or our current customers to the sales rep

Working within a sales team and process

Memorizing sales scripts and executing the script effectively
Documenting sales activities in CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in between
Reporting accurately daily and weekly
Brainstorming to find new leads and opportunities

Required Qualifications:

Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
Professional, caring and service-minded
Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team

Preferred Skills:

General working knowledge of property management and/or construction industry
Experience using CRM tool and process
Sales experience; specifically, cold-calling and/or B-to-B sales

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything!. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide incredibly fast service, while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in our support center and on jobsites. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.

Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
